Acceptance

By downloading or using the Walkup Pro iOS app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Subscriptions

Walkup Pro offers monthly and yearly Pro subscriptions through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

A free 7-day trial is available to new subscribers. Your subscription starts charging at the end of the trial unless you cancel first. Refund requests are handled by Apple per their standard refund policy.

Content you upload

You retain ownership of any audio, photos, or other content you add to Walkup Pro. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to use that content. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.

AI-generated content

AI-generated announcer audio and walkup songs are produced by third-party AI services at your request. You are responsible for how you use the output. Generation uses credits that are granted monthly with your subscription tier or purchased separately.

Prohibited uses

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the app.
• Using the app to create, store, or distribute illegal or harmful content.
• Bypassing subscription or credit limits.
• Using the app in a way that disrupts or degrades service for others.

Disclaimer & liability

Walkup Pro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
